Earl spent 35 years building a multimillion-dollar advisory practice across the East Coast through trust, consistency, and long-term relationships.

He brings that same standard to every athlete EMO represents and has earned recognition among the nation’s top financial professionals through the Million Dollar Round Table.

As Executive Director of the USCCC Atlanta Chapter and a minister at Berean Christian Church in Stone Mountain, his approach remains simple: treat people right.

Manny’s path to representation runs through the field, the classroom, and the boardroom. A former collegiate quarterback with graduate studies in Sports Law and Business Law at Arizona State, combined with prior experiences at multiple agencies before becoming an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor.

These experiences paired with an understanding of contracts, branding, and the athlete experience allow him to lead contract negotiations, NIL strategy, and day-to-day advisory for every athlete the firm represents.
